Pricing
We charge $10 per window for exterior and $7 per window for interior. Most Santa Fe homes have 15–25 windows, which puts a typical full inside-and-outside clean at $175–$325. Specialty services like hard water stain removal start at $75. You'll get your exact price before we start — no surprises, no hidden fees.
You pay only when the job is completely done and you're satisfied. We don't take deposits or upfront payment. If something doesn't look right, we fix it before we leave. Most customers pay by cash, check, or Venmo when we wrap up.
Yes. Customers on a recurring schedule (quarterly, biannual) get priority booking and a small discount on each service. It also means you're never scrambling to find a cleaner — we just show up when it's time. Ask us about setting up a recurring plan when you book.

Scheduling
We work Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Most bookings are scheduled within 5–7 days. During peak spring and fall seasons, we sometimes book out 2 weeks — so the earlier you call, the better.
A typical 3-bedroom Santa Fe home takes 1.5–2.5 hours for a full inside-and-outside clean. Larger homes, homes with hard water buildup, or first-time cleanings take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when we give you your quote so you can plan your day.
For exterior-only cleaning, no — you don't need to be home. For interior cleaning, we do need access. Most customers are home for the first visit and then give us a code or key for future appointments. We treat every home with the same care whether you're there or not.
Rain in Santa Fe doesn't typically streak clean windows the way people expect. We use a pure deionized water system that leaves no mineral residue on the glass — so when rain hits, it beads and runs off cleanly. If a storm does leave mud or heavy spots right after a clean, call us and we'll come back at no charge.
The Cleaning Process
Pure water systems remove all dissolved minerals from the water through reverse osmosis and deionization. The result is H₂O with zero dissolved solids. When pure water evaporates from glass, it leaves absolutely nothing behind — no spots, no streaks, no film. Regular tap water, by contrast, leaves calcium and mineral deposits every time it dries. That's why DIY cleaning with a garden hose often leaves your windows looking worse. Our pure water system is why our results last longer and look better.
No chemical cleaning agents on your windows. Our standard process is pure deionized water only — completely safe for pets, plants, and painted surfaces. For hard water stain removal, we use a pH-balanced mineral treatment specifically designed for glass — no harsh acids, no bleach, no ammonia.
A full window clean with us includes:
Glass — exterior and/or interior, streak-free
Window frames and edges
Window sills
Window tracks
Screen cleaning and reinstallation
We don't just wipe the glass and leave. We clean the whole window unit.
Yes. We use water-fed extension poles to clean exterior windows up to 3 stories from the ground — no ladders on your roof, no one walking on your tiles. This is actually safer and produces better results than ladder cleaning because the pure water is fed directly to the brush at the glass.
Solar Panels
Absolutely — and more than almost anywhere else in the country. New Mexico's dry desert air means dust accumulates on panels within days. Our hard municipal water leaves calcium spots. Pollen, bird droppings, and monsoon mud add to the buildup. Studies show desert southwest panels lose 15–30% efficiency when dirty. At those rates, a professional cleaning pays for itself in 2–3 months of restored output.
We recommend 3–4 times per year for most Santa Fe solar installations: spring (post-pollen), early summer (pre-monsoon), fall (post-monsoon), and winter if you have heavy buildup. At minimum, twice a year makes a measurable difference in your monthly energy output.
No — we clean solar panels entirely from the ground using water-fed extension poles. No one walks on your roof, walks on your tiles, or risks damaging your system. Our method is safer for your roof and for our crew, and produces just as thorough a result as any on-roof approach.
Yes — and this is how most of our customers do it. We clean both in the same visit, which is more efficient for us and saves you money. Ask about our window + solar bundle pricing when you book.
Hard Water & Specialty
In most cases, yes. Santa Fe water is calcium-heavy, and the combination of our hard water supply + sprinkler systems + intense desert sun bakes mineral deposits onto glass fast. We use a pH-balanced mineral treatment that dissolves calcium without scratching. Light to moderate buildup (under 2 years) is almost always fully removable. Severe buildup may require multiple treatments or polishing. We'll give you an honest assessment upfront — we won't start a job if we can't improve it significantly.
After we remove the existing hard water deposits, we can apply a hydrophobic glass treatment that causes water to bead and run off instead of spreading. This significantly slows future mineral buildup. The longer-term fix is adjusting your sprinkler heads so they don't reach the glass — most irrigation companies can do this in under an hour.
