November through March is our winter blackout period. Santa Fe's freezing temperatures prevent our pure water system from operating safely. All service plans run April through October — 7 months of clear windows and clean solar panels.
Why cleaning more often costs less. Windows are always dirtiest the very first time — that initial clean is the big job. After that, keeping them up is quick and easy, so we pass the savings straight to you: $100 off every appointment on any plan, and the 3× plan piles on the extras: a free touch-up between cleans, free track cleaning & screen replacement, and one free interior clean every year — all things the other plans pay extra for (extra touch-ups are just $50). The more often we come, the better your windows stay — and the more you save.
